Frontend Engineer (React)

We are looking for a talented Frontend Engineer to join our payments dashboard team. You will work on building beautiful, performant interfaces that help millions of businesses manage their payments.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain responsive web applications using React and TypeScript

• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences

• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code

• Participate in code reviews and technical architecture discussions

• Optimise applications for maximum performance and scalability

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles

• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or similar)

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and async data fetching patterns

• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)

• Good understanding of web performance optimisation techniques

Nice to have:

• Experience with Next.js or similar meta-frameworks

• Knowledge of GraphQL

• Contributions to open-source projects

• Experience with design systems
