• Share your resume with employers without your explicit consent

• Allow employers to access your data without your action
• Retain data after you request deletion

4. Data Sharing

We only share your information in the following cases:

• With employers — only when you apply. When you submit an application, the employer receives only the information you chose to share.
• Safe Application Mode: For unverified employers, we use a proxy form that hides your email, phone, and address until the employer passes additional verification.
• Service providers: We use infrastructure partners (hosting, email delivery) under strict data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or to prevent fraud, safety threats, or illegal activity.

5. Data Security

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Resumes are stored in isolated, access-controlled storage. We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing. Access to production data requires multi-factor authentication and is limited to authorized personnel.

6. Your Rights

• Access: Download all your data from Settings → Export Data
• Correction: Update your profile anytime
• Deletion: Settings → Delete Account. Immediate, complete, irreversible.
• Portability: Export your data in standard formats (JSON, PDF)
• Objection: Opt out of any non-essential data processing

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences. We use analytics cookies (anonymized) to improve our product. We do not use advertising cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies at any time from your account settings.
